Over the years, Urban Vision has put together several community musicals - Joseph & the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat (2001), Jesus Christ Superstar (2003) and our latest production Oliver! (2008). We have such special memories of all of these events.

Oliver! is done and almost dusted (a few administrative tidy-ups going on). What a brilliant time! Four performances with each one building in intensity. Great performances all round from everyone on stage, in front of stage and backstage. So much positive feedback and so much commitment from so many. Huge thanks to everyone who made it happen, and thanks to everyone who came and supported it. We should have a few photos up in our Gallery in the next few weeks. Still wading through the finances, but it looks like we have raised several thousands of dollars for Partners Relief & Development, and we had a fantastic time doing it.

Didn't the children do so well! One of the great memories will be of several neighbourhood children (who had been in the show) happily singing through the whole show in the public play area near our house - the day after the show had finished! Great memories.
